I could barely understand him. I think from India. Called back, ton's of background noise like a call center. told them I was returning a call. Got hung up on. Called back, immediately ask for the badge number. Guy barely spoke English. Ask the second time for the badge number, he told me to shove the phone up my ass with a very broken accent. And hung up on me again. Doubt it is the IRS
