I work for a collection agency, I know what you can and cannot say on a collection call or answering machine. I called back and left message that what they did was against the law. anyone else have info on this person

I got a call just like this person has been described but using a different phone number 646-937-9351...He said his name was Frank Murphy and that it was urgent that myself or my attorney get back in touch with him. It was time sensitive and that if he didn't hear from me that he wished me good luck with what happens next. He also had a thick accent.

Update: the Indian Guy (he said his name was Jerry Taylor) actually called me back and asked if if I called Attorney General Frank Murphy yet. I pointed out that Schneiderman is NY Attorney General, and this Indian guy was still asking me if I called Frank Murphy yet. Also, lots of echo on the call, like from a bad call center.
