I just received a call from 1-678-608-2384. I asked, what was this regarding the guy on the phone did not give me his name he said he is the fraud department and there has been charges against me. I asked for what he said fraud but did not tell me what type of fraud when I asked him. Then he asked me if I had a loan with Bank of America is said no. then he asked, if I ever had a loan with them I said, no. He asked, me about my drivers license number I said, he did not have to correct number but I didn’t tell him the correct one nor did he ask he even asked, me about an address over 6 years ago and asked me how long have I been away from there I told him I didn’t know. I didn’t give him any new information at all then he told me to call him tomorrow and to have my paper work ready for court. What should I do about this?

These 3 different numbers keep calling my cell and work numbers. They call and when you answer you get a recorded message saying please call another number 844-216-5647 stating that I have complaint against me and fraudulent check writing and I will be thrown in jail. They have been calling me for years and years and using all kinds of different numbers each time.

They said they were taking legal action because of an unpaid payday loan from 2013. I have never had a payday loan.

Stacy left a message at my job to call 877-756-9997 she said she had to serve civil papers..... I called back & asked for stacy & the man that answered my call hung up on me. I called back again & talked to a man "Malloy"... when I asked the name of the business I was calling he said Fraud department.... anyway, this is such a scam, please do not give them any information!!!!!!!

These are the only things you should do: Report this as a fraud call to your local phone company for the line they called you on, report it to the Georgia Attorney General's Fraud Division, report it to Level 3 Communication's Fraud Department. And keep track of everytime you get these calls - they are using two numbers out of Atlanta, GA, now; were using Omaha, Nebraska numbers. It's been reported to the Nebraska AG's office, they are investigating and involving law enforcement.
Do not engage with them, they are fraudsters! They'll clean out all your accounts and/or identity. Criminals, pure and simple.
