They said they were taking legal action because of an unpaid payday loan from 2013. I have never had a payday loan.

This company said I took out a payday loan a year ago and funds were placed in a bank I never heard of. The caller couldn't give me the name of the company I supposedly took a loan from, and threatened me with pressesing charges and having me arrested. They had most of my information correct but had some major errors in others. This seems to be a scam to get money. The number is from Texas.
