When the phone rang,the caller ID read "GPS of Troy". Curious I answered to find no one was even there. I tried to call the number back 248-850-8994, but there was no answer. So when the voicemail kicked in I left a message .... OF MY TOILET FLUSHING ! I hate those auto calls and do not understand why there isn't anyone on the other end ... what is really going on?

It was a telemarketing call and I normally just hang up but Cherrie was very funny so I decided to give her a listen.
I gave her my information and she passed it along to a couple of insurance agents.
They couldn't save me any money but everyone was very nice.
I've never had a telemarketer give me their phone number to call back if I wasn't treated right.

Got a call from 248-764-5408. Same deal as everyone else here - GPS Insurance of Troy, MI. The guy said he spoke with someone here previously about insurance. I said didn't happen. I could tell he was reading from some script. Told him I didn't care to be called and he just hung up. Very poor marketing "skills". Called the number back and figured out a working extension: 7024. Left my message that he was a very poor marketer and that I'd submitted his information to the Michigan atty general at https://secure.ag.state.mi.us/complaints/consumer.aspx
