DO NOT ANSWER THIS NUMBER WHEN IT CALLS. CLAIMS TO ME A BUSINESS THAT HANDLES ARBITRATION BUT CALL TO ILLEGALLY COLLECT OLD DEBT. CALLED ME IMMATURE, SAID THEY WOULDN'T REMOVE MY INFO FROM THEIR SYSTEM EVEN THOUGH I HAD NO DEBT WITH THEM.

I just got this exact call at work. It was more convincing than others, but when he said I would be arrested within 24 hours, I knew it was a scam. It's sad, because I could totally see an elderly person falling for this :(

ThThey claimed to be with IRS Audit with a case number saying I didn't respond to an audit request in June and they said I signed a delivery of an affidavit. They told me my assets were being frozen, house would be seized, passport blocked, I would be arrested if I didn't resolve I pushed back... because I wasn't actually home that day they quoted I signed for the affidavit. I demanded they send me the information, until I knew more of details I was deciding how I was going to resolve. they were pretty convincing at first. They had my name and address. After I hung up the phone and they told me they would send the information. I thought more about it, and called the operator to see if the number actually belonged to the IRS. IT Doesn't (210-485-5143). I called the police as well. I normally don't fall even a bit for these but this one was convincing... I didn't give any financial information but... feel really violated on this one.

Keep getting calls from this person, does not always call from the same number. Have been very rude and insulted "Henry" but he just continues with his sales pitch as though he didn't hear me.

Called saying that Ryan Franklin is coming to serve me for a debt from a collection agency called Bottom Dollar Payday in the amount of $380.00. However, that debt is paid off and the actual amount of the debt was $130.00 again paid for now the guy is constantly calling my job. Saying he's coming here to serve me also after researching RH Group it has been a lot of reporter stating they have been having the same issues with these people. So far I've contacted my courthouse to see if there is actually something pending against me and so far nothing. SCAMMERS.

Indian descent said he was with speedy pc and my computer sometime I was browsing the internet picked up some unwanted software and was generating errors. He wanted to help me locate the problems and install some software to fix the issues. He asked me is that ok. I told him I would throw away my pc immediately and hung up on him...lol funny I don't own a pc, were all iPad users here.

This person I recieved a call from over and over claims to be with the MGM Grand and wanted $399 USD expressing I just won $2.5 Million Dollars and a brand new BMW. I refused to send the money to someone I knew nothing about and the "manager" who had a strong Jamaican accent actually started yelling at me telling me I was an idiot if I didn't give him the money because if I didn't do it that moment I was wasting his time and he had 2nd and 3rd place winners to pass this money over to. Looking online with just the phone number of 876-844-4360 I see hundreds and hundreds of similar complaints of this very same scam! Based on the phone number, they are located out of Kingston, Jamaica.

Got a call asking for the wife by a "Henry" who could not even pronounce her name correctly. Caller ID says "Trans South". When told we do not take advertising calls he hung up. Caller ID indicates this company has called a number of times recently.

Advised that not interested because I was scammed for $199. US then needed another $299. 6 months later. Cancel and now have my own legit protection.
