Company selling home security systems. Every week they call using a different number with different area code. Seem to be using a predictive dialer because some calls have long lags before someone comes on the line.
Requests to be removed from the call list fail because they use a new number every week. Being on the FTC Do Not Call list is ignored. They are also calling cell phones which is another no-no.

Said he was in my area and giving away free home security systems. My caller ID said 321-206-4229 and Orlando, FL. I'm in WV! When I started saying do not call me again, they hung up. I am on the Do Not Call List. When I called back, I got an automated "Thank you for calling Home Protection. If you would like to be removed from our calling list, press one now." When I pressed one, I immediately heard a dial tone. I doubt this is a valid removal system. I filed a complaint with the National DNC Registry.

I receive multiple calls from this number on both my home and cell phone. If you call the number back, they are supposed to remove you, but I will see if that really works. There's no way to get to a live person and the VRU just keeps saying I will call you back at a better time.
