I asked which computer - he said my HP. I asked which operating system and he said windows 8. I don't have such a computer. when I asked for address he said in his best good arab accent Manassas VA with a zip code 07043. Being from VA I know that's not the right zip - it's for Montclair NJ. He cowardly hung up when I mentioned filing a complaint with the FTC.
