I received a phone call from one of my co-workers, letting me know that a "Jason Walker" had called for me and asked that I call him back. First of all, it is beyond me how they would have attained my work number. I immediately called the number back and the phone was answered by the same man who had called my work place. I asked what the call pertained to, and he informed of a pending law suit. When I asked why I hadn't been previously notified, he gave me a ridiculous answer about the case not actually having been made yet. He then informed me that eventually it would become relevant in my state. I asked where he was located and he informed me that he was with Michael & Allen Law Office in Texas. I then told him that I would personally contact the office, and figure out the issue. After attempting to find the office, I came up blank. Bottom line, there is no Michael & Allen Law Office in Texas. I called back and proceeded to ask that they refrain from contacting my place of work, myself, and any further contact could be made through mail. I also told him that if he called again I would report them to the FTC, and he proceeded to hang up before I could finish. Needless to say, I reported the number and will post this issue anywhere for people to beware. This is clearly a scam in the making and unnecessary stress.

We reserve the right to commence litigation for intent to commit wire fraud under the pretence of refusing to repay a debt committed to, by use of the internet. In addition we reserve the right to seek recovery for the balance due, as well as legal fees and any court cost incurred.
WE CARRY ALL THE RIGHTS RESERVED TO INFORM TO FBI, FTC, AND HOME LAND SECURITY YOUR EMPLOYER AND BANK ABOUT FRAUD.
And once you are found guilty in the court house, then you have to bare the entire cost of this lawsuit which totals to $13,428.15, excluding loan amount, attorney's fee & the interest charges. You have the right to hire an attorney. If you don't have or can't afford one then the court will appoint one for you.
