Called my friend stating I had listed them as an emergency contact (which I have never done). Stated I would be held in contempt of court if I didn't return the phone call. The number they told me to call back was 765-525-6888 by 4:30 today or else I would have a warrant for my arrest. I found the owners of the number and it's a Rhonda, James and Robert Fleener according to police. A police report was filed and the police advised me it was a scam

these people call me 8 -10 per week, and tell me the police are coming to my house and taking me to jail, and they will board up my house. then they say they will see me in court. then they give me an 855-992-9809 number to call. the police tell me this is a scam, and not to call them back, because they will put a big charge on my phone.

Its a scam - very threatening. said I owed money and would be happy to clear debt if I put a certain amount on a green dot card and called them back with the number. I told them to forward any information on the debt and would have my attorney contact them. They said they could not do that and would arrest, etc. Obviously a scam.

I got a call from these people severl months ago and the call just keep comming. Now they have called my sister on an unlisted number saying I used her as a referance on an payday loan. The people have a bad east indie accent and give fake names like Smith or Cox. When I request information of the claim that get rude and tell me I will get it in court. But do not provide the time and place this will happen. and then hang up on me. When I call back they then hang up again. I had an Attorney call them and they would not give him any information, furthermore they did not know any California or Texas Laws on debt collection. Tried reverse number lookup and number is private or a forwarding number to off shore location..
I feel a SCAM comming on.. SCAM Alert...
