Received a call on 3/6/13 from Kim Davis, Allstate Processing Group, stating she was calling on behalf of Vince Enterprises LTD for a payday loan of $300 and now must pay $430 and give her my debit card information immediately or she was going to fax paperwork to my employer in PA. I found out that they are scammers and I have filed a complaint with the FTC, (FBI)IC3, PA State Atty General's Office, IdentityTheft911 Fraud Investigator, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and my Federal Credit Union. She wanted me to have $50 automatically deducted from my bank account every two weeks until June for a $300 payday loan that would cost me an extra $130. Their interest is 782.14% and are illegal in the State of PA for that fact.
