He said he was calling from lawyer office. and said they had file a lawsuite and that i will be going to court, about loans i took out. and what was my lawyer name. they keep calling me at least 3or 4 time a day

These people called my grandmother stating my brother had been arrested. The "attorney" needs her to wire $3,300 dollars to an account to pay for the damage done to a vehicle during a DUI. They stated the person whose car he hit was from Bolivia and they need the money wired to their bank account there. They called her multiple times stating it was urgent and the money had to be there by Friday. They even had someone call and pretend to be my brother.
