Call has recorded message that this is the last chance to lower credit card rate, that I have ignored multiple messages at home. If I want to lower my card rate, press 1. When I pressed it, the guy came on and asked whether I pressed 1 to lower my rates. They then ask what my credit card balances are and how many cards I have. They claim to be able to lower all card rates to 6%, but first need to verify if my card is eligible. I asked their name and if they are related to my card company, he said they are "Leading Edge". He then asked for my c card number.
Most likely a scam for ID theft. They claim to know me, but cannot give me any information.

I have been getting phone calls from this number with ID "Paul Black", I don't know why. They call me at work and even at home. I pay my bills on time, could they be calling for someone else? Maybe, but I still don't appreciate their calls.
