This number called me on 4/20/15 stating that criminal charges were being filed against me if I don't pay $4,000 to settle a HSBC account that was settled in 2012. LOL I didn't know a debt a criminal. LOL

These people called had my social, my previous address, and said we owed cash central 500$ for a payday loan we never got! I spoke to cash central and they have never heard of me. These people are illegally scamming people. I want to know how they got my social???!!!!

They buy debt from payday loan companies. They use straight out illegal tactics to get uou to pay them . None of what they say they are gonna do is true. I was given 24 hours to pay or else and that 24 hours is well into a year now. I spoke to an attorney about what they say they can do like send the Sherrif. Have me put in jail for 6 months etc. The attorney said simply hang up its all hogwash.

Threatened that a warrant for my arrest in the next 24 to 36 hours if I didn't pay ASAP. I asked what it was for, and was told for Cash Connection that I owed them money. I contacted Cash Connection, which I had never done business with, and they advised that I never had any business with them. I contacted Litigation Services back and asked to speak to a supervisor. Ms. Jacobs got on the phone she explained to me that I was advised of the reason of their calling. I politely told her I was calling the police. She immediately stated that she will no longer talk and disconnected.
