Calling my and family members in regards to a payday loan that I took out years ago that I took care of. Saying the file have come to them and being accused of writing a bad check and legal action will happen if I don't contact them immediately. I call and told them if they wanted to dicuss any matter with me they can contact my representation. They refuse to take the number. They were very rude and hung up on me after that. These people need to be shut down immediately. Don't call them back report them.

Said I owed money for a loan in which I haven't taken out a loan especially from an online company. The thing that bothered me is they had the last 4 numbers of my social. I let them know very quickly I knew this was a scam. They emailed me back saying" Ohh, please don't sue us we will not contact you again."

8665754903. If you receive a call from this phone number it is a complete scam. They have been calling my sister many times a day. Leaving threatening voicemails saying she would go to jail of she didn't answer. Mind you they're calling about someone who the number use to belong to before my sister received the number from the company. So we do not even know who the person is. So my mother called to get it straightened out and ask them to please stop calling this number, because there is no one here by that name. The man that was with the company went on arguing with my mother calling her white trash, telling her she didn't know how to pay her bills, and repeatedly telling her to shut her mouth. How professional, right?! If I could smack people through a phone. This would be that time it would come greatly handy.

Some lady called and stated I was going to jail. Yeah, whatever. This company is breaking every collection law possible. I called them back and heard with my own 2 ears a lady in the background stating, "if you don't call back in 2 hours, we are going to send the police." They refuse to give me address or actual name of their company. They do not have a file on me, but continue to call and harass me.

Came up as a different number: 404-629-9595, but the voicemail said to call 404-4191463. His name was Michael Cook. He immediately started talking about a balance that I owed at Shannon Creek Apartments in Union City for $1900 and he struck up a deal with the manager to clear me of liability. I told him that it was not me. He told me a different birthday and last four digits of ssn. He did not mention the company he worked for.
