"Mr. Davis" and his cohorts keep calling from several numbers in the 876 area code including 514-9685, 291-2546 and 465-3138 saying I have won a prize. When I ask them who they are talking to, they don't have a clue. Just a scam.

Said I owed money from a loan that was deposited into my account. Funny that account was closed before those funds were supposably deposited. I asked alot of questions about the location of the corporate office and he told me to "stop busting his balls". Asked to speak with his manager and was but on hold for several minutes then the line went dead.

A threat about a payday loan I never got

Called and left message stating that he was with the sheriff's department in N.C county and I had a fraud warrant out for me. But when call back the number no one answers. I believe it's a bill collector and I'm looking into suing them for false usage of warrant and that they are a sheriff's department when they are a bill collector.

I got a call from some guy saying he is an atty named John Davis and has a lawsuit with a social security number that is suppose to be mine. I told him I had already reported his name and number to the bbb and other authorities. He then told me to shut up and slammed the phone down. Call came in from 619-780-8088.

Got a call from these people, my mom answered the phone, I was not home. They asked her if I was going to be home between 9-4 to receive legal papers from them. My mom was upset wondering what was going on, but once she told me what they said and that they asked what time I would be home to receive legal papers I knew something was up. If someone is going to serve you with legal papers they would not call and ask when you are going to be home to receive them, they would just send them as certified mail. Haven't talk to them myself yet but can't wait till they call back I am going to have some fun with them.
