I called several times with number blocked only to have poorly spoken Easterner answer the phone in a call forwarded sweat shop/call center. Hardly any understandable english. Do not accept or return call. However I would recommend calling them and tying there lines up as much as possible. It's a total scam.

They say they are from the IRS and leave a very unprofessional message like if you don't take care of this well we wish the the best of luck. And he says his name is Jack Sparrow, really? So I called back the next morning and let them have it. I told them you do understand the name Jack Sparrow is from the pirates of the Caribbean movie, and he said what there is no body else in the world with the name Jack Sparrow I said not unless you like Elizabeth swan. He told me to hold on and he spoke to someone else in another language. The IRS will not call you. But I do urge people to call them back and harass them like they are harassing us. If you are a male say your name is will Turner and if you are a female your name is Elizabeth swan.
