Caller ID showed 321-329-5304. Paul said he was with a Google partner, Gooseberry. Wanted to know if I was having computer problems. I told him computer in shop due to virus. He wanted me to call when computer out of shop and provided 800 . Obviously, I won't be calling back. Paul had thick foreign accent,like Induan or Pakistani. Said based in FL. (Just got attacked bt Smart Fortress virus.)

Said Gooseberry partner with Google. Asked if I was having any problem w/my computer. Told him it was in shop due to virus (Smart Fortress). He told me to call back when computer back from shop. Said he was located in FL. Asked for toll-free # and he provided 800-501-0334. Sounded like an Indian or Pakistani accent. Obviously, I won't be calling back. Same guy called back 5 minutes later. He apologized after being told we'd talked earlier.

This appears to be another possibly spoofed phone number for "Vandell Communications". The person I spoke with, Paul, is the same person that I spoke with that called from 773-891-5629 (caller ID: Prize Crd Srvc).

This company sent me a letter where supposed they lower a debt I had 8 years ago....when I decided to send them money
so I can re-stablish my credit...i sent the first payment....but never received a receipt...I lost the initial letter...I called them and explain ...that I couldn't sent the next payment because I didn't get a statement...well according to them ..they don't send a bill,statement, o receipt...if I lost the initial letter where they type 6 squares with a date and the amount ...where I supposed to cut it out every month and send it with a check....to bad!
I had to send the money like 5 days before the due date or pay over the phone ..plus a $10.00 fee.....ridiculous!!!
After the third payment I realized...that this could be a scam....and they keep calling me all the time.....
If I don't have a receipt or proof that I paid ....I do not owed a penny....the original Bank was Capital One...and I know I'm not dealing with them at all.....and also after reading the bad reviews from First National Collection Bureau...no thanks...I just want my money back....

Such a scam...I have never had a payday loan. They call me at work and harrass me. This is not real. No one can download a legal case. You have to be notified in writing, if they have your address they must notify you. They refuse to send paperwork or even an account number. This guy told me to go to hell. This is a scam. The above person probably works for them too. Can't spell for anything and english is very broken.
