I got exactly the same identical call but what worries me is how they have my bank name and last digits of my bank account, which I notified bank. Which my bank has suggested for me to change, I sure did.

I received the same call. I know it is a scam. The number this time is 207-710-0712 from Biddleford Internet Corp. in Biddleford, ME. I will not call back so a trace cannot be placed and identity stolen. I have threatened back and I have sent a letter to my state's attorney general. I am also going to email the Biddleford Internet Corp and any other company associated with any other number these scammers try! GRRRRR

I got the same call from someone stating that there has been fraud against my social security number. It also stated the same message that you received. I was shocked because I'm not sure where this came from. This is the call I got today at 1804-420-4838

I got messages on my work and cell phone. Stated that I had 2 cases of fraud attached to my name and social security number. Left a case number and that I would give up rights if I didn't contact them before being served. WHAT THE HECK????

Got these calls, recorded them and sent records and a Log of all the calls to Local Police, Attorney General in my State, Secret Service Office in my state - Fraud Department, FBI and FTC
They claim I have fraudulent Credit Card Charges agains me and if I do not contact them a summons will be served a my home or place of employment. 5 Times now

Also said I will be served two summons through my county. Left me a claim number and their phone number. Once I'm served, my rights are forfeited. Got a call yesterday. Left a voice mail stating she was calling from the processing & summons division and there were 2 judgments against me in my county, blah blah blah. Didn't leave any other info but I thought it was weird that the # was a local #.

I got the exact same message yesterday on my voicemail. I was freaking out at first but after reading the postings I believe it is a scam probably want to settle it and trying to get money. I tried calling back 3 different times and it is a recording stating that the department is busy and to leave a name and number and they will call back.

This was a robot that stated 2 cases of fraud were tied to my name and social security number in my county and that if I didn't deal with them now, once I was served, all my rights would go away. They give you a "case number" and tell you to call the number they leave.
Recently, another number called my sister-in-law (who I haven't even spoken to in over 8 years!) and told her I was being brought up on FELONY charges and that if I didn't get in touch with them soon, there'd be big problems. FELONY CHARGES. The only thing I ever did illegal was get a speeding ticket 30 years ago. Never been arrested. Never had my name on a police report. NOTHING.
What a colossal waste of my time (and, I guess, my sister-in-law's time as well!)

Have received 3 phone messages stating from the "Processing and Summons Division" for a company name I do not know! Person leaves message stating I am going to be served papers and then rudely adds, "Good luck in court!" No such person at this phone number which I have had for over 7 years. This number is obviously a scam!

This is a scam! I Just got a call from this number. Recording message female voice stating that they are calling from 'processing and summons division' to notify of 2 charges that will be filed in my county due to some fraudulent activity attached to my name and social security number, they are calling to make me aware of my right to address the charges before I get served at my home address or place of employment??!! they asked me to call 406 272 1479 (land line from billings, MT - carrier is either 360networks or touchamerica inc) to talk to someone in their legal department. When I called back some woman answered as "information center" there was a lot of noise in the background, people laughing like in a call center. Obviously a scam! Even if it is a real debt collector who calls without properly identifying their company and who calls to warn about charges to be filed without sending anything in the mail?... what are they expecting a payment over the phone?!! ... HA!!
