says they are the IRS

The number left a message - said they were irs and preparing a law suit against me. to call to find info on file.
When I phoned they said they were the IRS in washington DC, yet area code is washington state, they all speak with a heavy indian accent, must be a scam of some kind. be ware ....

claimed to be the IRS and needed to call back because my name was going to be turned into delinquency. Called the number back and get another foreign speaking person in a message saying all the IRS officers were busy then get end of message get a beep. Let a message turning this number in.
