This call is generated from Peerless Network: Colocation Data Center, Chicago Illinois. They collect and sell your number to telemarketers, and in this case, SCAMMERS. Do NOT answer calls that you do not recognize. If it is important, they will leave a message. If you answer a call like this, they will identify you as a viable number and you will receive more calls. If you ask to be removed, you will be moved to the top of the list.
This is not a legitimate company! Caller ID says SURVEY and they are offering you LOAN?! We are on the Do Not Call list and do not have credit cards.
I have a Panasonic cordless phone that allows me to block 250 phone numbers. The next time they call, it won't ring and they will get a busy signal.

This call came up on caller ID as "Survey",and after about 10 seconds the pleasant robot voice said "Goodbye". I'm assuming this is a phishing call to determine when I am home, so a scum telemarketer can call. This is fine, as I get to PUNK them when they call. I'll waste as much of their time as possible and try to get them to send me something. Possibly get company info, so I can report them to the BBB. Anything to make sure their call is a complete waste of their time and resources...

the ID says survey and is another card services scam..3-1-285-9925 which reads survey and is a card scam..I won't repeat what I told the caller to do

I'm in Virginia. Didn't answer call; they left no message. I've been getting barraged over the past 2 weeks with suspicious callers, typically 8 per day, and I'm on the DNC registry (for whatever good THAT does!). I've suspected robocalls and/or spoofed numbers. I also suspect fake "Survey" caller ID on this caller; I also never give out my mobile (cell) number to anyone other than close colleagues.
