As soon as I took the call I tried to explain to him that nobody of that name was at this number and to remove me from their list but he instantly started harassing me and insulting me about how I speak. I really don't understand how companies like these can exist and why our government doesn't stop them.

These people have called repeatedly even though we have requested to be put on the company do not call list and despite the fact the number called is on both the state and federal do not call lists. Attempts to call the number back in order to reach a human are unsuccessful because one is always routed to a VM box that is full.

Debt collector that gets you to call them by claiming they are in a pre-legal state (implying they are going to file some sort of legal document). They claim if you don't call them back you lose all legal rights. I have no debts so I ignore the call but they keep calling with the same message. Each time I have 24 hours before I lose all rights. I'm pretty sure something would have to be mailed to me and any legal papers served to me personally. Companies that do this stuff should be put out of business.
