I request information he starts talking over me saying he is not my husband WTF. I tell him the address is one we never lived at and we never had that card. I requested an acct number so the debt could be disputed. He became biligerent. I would swear that he was literally foaming at the mouth. My name for him is demon.

These people have called from various numbers, and used also Crosby and Kaine,Crosby and King, Swanson Walker &Assoc. and numerous threats, and of course calling to summon me for an account I never had. Same song and dance as all of you and with all the same names and numbers. My husband was even threatened with his life. These people are scum and scam artists and they have been reported to the authorities, FTC,FBO you name it. They even call and harass my mother. This is getting ridiculous and I want it to stop!

They have placed me on hold & told me that I would have to hang up to break the connection since they can not hang up on a customer. I said I wasn't a customer, don't need to be a customer. So we are at a stalemate. I won't be the one to hang up. Yeah, it is keeping all the other dumb calls from ringing in on my phone.

he called me and told me his name was thomas but i didnt get his last name and that i was a second place winner in a raffle of something having to do with being and american. and that i had won some money and a mercedes benz of the color of my choice. he told me he was in farmington and he asked where i lived. i went along with it until he asked ne to send $125 via money gram. when i told him i didnt have any money, he asked if i could borrow some and i could pay them back with my winnings. he aslo told me to call him back when i did have the money. so he gave me his number and asked me to confirm it. when i said no. he hung up. so i called that number back and let it ring once. when he called me back i didnt understand him so i hung up on him. he hasnt called again.
