Shelby...I just wanted to let you know that these people called me on 4/15. After I told them to go ahead and serve the "legal papers" to my job I have not heard from them since. THIS IS A SCAM! Please don't worry.

I called the number above and spoke with a supervisor named tina at ext 403. She said this was a bill I owed from a pay day loan. I have not heard from any payday loan companies as to me owing them money in over 3 years and that is the statue of limitations for a suit over a debt. She threatened me with taking me to court for breach of trust and fraud. I am just getting over open heart surgery and do not need this now. She told me the authorities would be with this locator when he serves my papers. She refused to mail me info through the mail about this also.

I also recieved a call from these people wanting to verify my address to they could come and serve me papers. If not they would come and serve them to me at my job. Consider yourself warned she said. She was on a deadline. She also called my mother and told her that I could be arrested. My mother called me while I was at work to give me this information. She was very upset.
