TOTAL SCAM ALERT!!! Received a call from this number claiming to be from System Mechanic Pro telling me that they had been receiving information from my computer that it was infected with a virus. He had me go into "computer manager" to bring up "event viewer" and then "error messages". At this point I asked him what my IP Address was and he gave me one that wasn't even close to mine. Then I asked him if he really was from System Mechanic Pro to send me an email detailing my errors because I DO NOT HAVE IT INSTALLED!! I also told him the IP Address he claimed I had wasn't even close to my REAL IP Address!! He hung up on me can you imagine that???? LOL
