Well I'm sorry that happen, you obviously didn't fight the fact that you didn't personally take out the loan, therefore you shouldn't have paid anything. that is if you were smart and determined. Come on they are all scams, and if they weren't they would not contact you the ways they are. You would receive important information from debt collectors and banks through mail not phone calls or emails. Come on people, LETS THINK HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah that worries me too, I called the credit bureaus to put a block on my ss#, so anytime some uses the number the bureau will call my cell to verify that I authorized it. The only thing is you have to do it again every 90 days, I do believe. One thing I found was to tell them your recording the call and they'll hang up and stop bothering you. Just a few things I learn and did.

First a man named Jared Jones called, ask me if my name was Yolanda, then gave me the last four digits of my ss. He then transferred me to his supervisor Adrian Walker. Adrian said I owed money to his company, when I ask that they send something in writing he said he could not do that. When I didn't want to work with him he hung up and put me on an automatic redial and called my company line about 20 times, until i called him back, he said they are going to keep calling me until i make a payment today. I did have a loan, but paid it back and that may have also been a scam because when i got may papers this lady Allena Jones from cash advance told me i needed to make a payment, in which i did and now i think this was a scam also.

The caller claims that his name is Roger Miller and he is with the FBI.He claims that I had taking out a loan but I asked for proof he became very agitated and informed me that I would be picked up by the sherriff department.
