I did enjoy forcing him to spell everything and repeat everything 5-6 times. I actually got him yelling at me about not being able to understand him since he was too hard to understand, and I wanted a supervisor but of course there wasn't one.

I got a message left on my cell stating I needed to call this number or have my attorney call. I called the number and a man speaking in an indain voice said his name was Kevin Peterson and that I owed a payday loan from Cash Advance that the balance was $845.35 for a 200-300 dollar loan and if I did not pay half of it today it would be turned over to the courts and the police would come to my job and arrest me. I got scared at first because I had had payday loans before. I flew to the bank and nowhere in my statements was Cash Advance. I called the number back and asked "what law firm was this" the indian voice said " Anderson Law Ass.", he refused to give me an address and hung up. I called the police after I found this website with all the comments. Thank you for the info. If you get calls like this please comment, it helps people.

The man is very rude, he calls stating that he is going to take me to court for fraud. He told me that I owed a payday loan. He knew my ss#, and my bank information. He wanted to speak to my manager and, he states that I am a criminal and my boss is too. That he will have me to loose my job. I don't even recall taking the payday loan out. I have applied online before, and I feel that is how they got my information. What can I do to get them to stop harrassing me. I have intentions of filing a police report with about the situation.
