BEWARE! EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER SCREAMED 'SCAM'! I was contacted by a robocall from this number. It merely said that it was 'credit card services' and that I was eligible for a lower rate if I pressed 1. I tried it, and it transferred me to a man with a heavy accent claiming he was calling about my Chase card, but could not tell me which one (I have a Chase Visa, btw). He said my balance was well over $3000. I said no...it was more like fifty dollars. He then hung up. When I tried to call back, I got a robot voice saying it was an automated 'opt out' number mandated by Federal Law. I followed the prompts and it said that my number was removed from the list. I would wager, however, that if I had expressed an interest in whatever vague services were being alluded to by the 'operator', then I would have been asked for a lot of personal information (e.g. social security number, credit card number to 'transfer' the balance, etc). I would advise anyone against dealing with a call from this number.

First thing I asked caller was for his personal cell phone number since he was calling on mine. The number he gave me was 321-256-9633 - I then asked him for his employee ID number - his answer: I gave you my cell number - it is 321 B-L-O-W-M-E-E, he then promptly hung up. I would consider this sexual harrassment.

An employee working there told me the name of the owner....He uses a spoof number on the dialer to call people and is actually a scumbag lawyer running a side business. His name is Mr. Robert M. Rosenberg, give him a call at 832-816-2955.

These calls are coming from a call center in Costa Rica. They do cold calling and sell the leads to numerous companies. Tomorrow this same number may be selling Cruises or Energy Audits. Keep complaining to the FTC and FCC, and start bugging our politicians to pass laws to make it punishable in criminal court instead of handing out fines that they don't pay.

These people are nothing more than common criminals with with a complete disregard for the law and they have no reason to be civil. They ask for up front fees and charge your credit card without performing any services.
Civil action by the FTC against such criminals is totally ineffective. These criminals need to be charged with Federal Felonies and subjected to significant jail time. All of those involved know that they are violating FTC regulations. The FTC prohibits unsolicited calls for any kind of debt / interest rate reductions which require up front fees. The FTC levies huge fines, then rescinds them based on inability to pay. The FTC settles for the minimal cash on hand, and enjoins them from future "telemarketing". The criminals sign off, then go right back to business. The entire operations are clearly criminal, intent to defraud, etc, and should be dealt with in criminal court and not by civil actions.

Robo call. I get this same recording several times a week, sometimes several times in one day. When I ask them to take me off of their call list they become rude and hang up. They are total douche bags and I would love for someone to find a way to put them out of business since I'm sure they are scammers.

I have received more than 150 (I have them documented) calls from these criminals. I have filed more that 50 complaints with the FTC however due to the fact that they hide behind spoofed numbers I doubt that they will ever stop any of them. They ask for up front fees and charge your credit card without performing any services.
I find that I am getting great enjoyment by pressing 1 and talking to one of their "reps". I have a phony name, credit card number, and security code that I use. The only legitimate number that I give them is the customer service number from a credit card that I no longer use since the card raised my rates.
I try to ask the criminals as many questions as possibe to keep them on the phone as long as I can. The scammers seem to get upset once they finally figure out that THEY are getting scammed. I guess they think their time is more valuable than mine.

There are two guys behind this scam and they have a slew of corporations, many of them defunct. I searched using the name “American Debt Negotiators” and found the name of the Registered Representative was a guy named RAN BARNEA, aca RAN DAVID BARNEA, aca DAVID R BARNEA. He is also listed as the president of a whole slew of other active corporations. The other guy is DANIEL T. POST. This stuff is all public record. That will usually stop them for a few days, until they start using a new number.

Just got a call from 800-230-6357 number. The recorded message says the company name is Credit Card Services. I pressed "1" to speak to an operator and asked them for the company name and address. She hung up on me.
If you get a call from them please report them to the DoNotCall website. - https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx. The FTC will only investigate companies if there are a lot of complaints about them so please report them every time you are called.

To everyone who gets these calls: Please use your connections as I’m trying to use mine to stop this non-sense. Same call only from a different, spoofed number every time. They want to lower my interest rate making me think it’s a call from one of my credit card companies. In reality, it’s a scam trying to get personal information. The “Do Not Call List” complaints do no good but I fill one out every time anyway in case law enforcement ever pursues these scam artists. How many of you are fed up with these shenanigans? I get several of these calls a week, sometimes several in a day trying to make me believe they are my credit card company calling to lower my rate. This call had an impolite operator who was only out to get my personal information and the second they sensed I was not buying into the scheme, they immediately and rudely disconnected. I always immediately file a complaint with the "Do Not Call Registry" each time I get one of these, but it appears to do no good. The registry is probably just a data base to use for prosecution in the remote chance someone may actually try to call them on it through a complaint to local police or attorney general. I'm getting so frustrated by these calls, I may report them to a real authority myself. Perhaps a reader of this has a connection to a Dateline NBC show or 60 Minutes type investigative program that can find us real answers and put these scammers out of business for good. I'm already assuming the caller ID number shown is fake too and a spoof based on other comments in this forum.
