A Robocall from a company claiming they will negotiate with my banks and creditors to lower the interest charged on my credit cards and loans. I was instructed to push 1 to talk to a person. The person answered and I asked to be removed from their call list and told them I was on the Do Not Call list. He was very snotty and told me that I called him by pushing 1 and it did not matter if I was on the Do Not Call list and they did not have to remove my number from their call list. These asshats have come up with a work around to the FTC rules. The Panasonic phone I use (KX-TGA750) with caller ID allows me to block calls. I will report them to the FTC and block their asses! They did not identify themselves, crooks!

they keep calling saying that i am being sued but never say who i owe money to. they also say they are sending court papers and a sheriff's deputy to my house (of course they never show and papers are never sent). all they want you to do is pay them the "settle" fee over the phone and get your ssn so they can scam you even more.

This fool had someone call me at my job and say to call him back. I called back and he was telling me about check fraud. how funny considering I don't have any checks to write. My name is Genevieve Ott and I received a call from 585-366-0393 this morning sayig that a warrant for my arrest would be issued today at 3pm for a bad check I supposedly wrote in Texas back on aug 5th 2009. I wasn't even living in texas at that time. Im really upset about this and am having anxiety symptoms now. Is there a way to find out who this caller was and take legal action against this party?

Caller told me they were from a government grants office then when I told them I was on the do not call list and I am not interested the called went off using every vulgur word you can think of. This lasted 5 mins until I hung up. The person had a accent,who knows where they are calling from. This is a scam and these people should be locked up for such harassing calls.
