They are calling my cell and desk phone saying that they are law firm and are taking a deposition for financial institution that is bringing charges against me for non payment of a cash advance from Nov 2012. They have all of my info bc stupidly I applied online but never went any further than applying. She said they are reporting it to my home county/state and have a case number to file a warrant (but yet havent filed in my home state yet) they are incredibly nasty. When I asked for proof of the loan/fees/charges be mailed to me she said no. I havent received a loan form an online source. I dont know how to get them to stop its harrassment

He called me as Mike Hill harassed me for a couple weeks and went so far to impersonate a police officer from my town and was able to mask the his number to look like it was coming from the local PD. I was able to have a local police officer talk to him the last time he called me and he hung up.

i am sure he lied about his name because he heistated. but he said i was being sued by a pay day loan company and they were going to take legal measures against me. we talked about 20 min. I told him i can make payment arrangement. he explained the process to me and asked me to get a greendot moneypak and provide him with some info. thought it sounded strange so i did some research and did not fall in to this trap but they have been harressing me for weeks now

Keeps calling my work number. Stated a lawsuit is being filed on me and I hung up on him. He called again & left message that I will be sorry for hanging up on him and that an officer will be at my office to serve me tomorrow and arrest me. He than left another message & said if I didn't return his call, he feels sorry for me. Foreign accent.

I had the same people call me just yesterday ! It was a guy named John Davis; saying that the police will come in 24 hours if i didnt pay something like $455 bucks. I told him HELL TO THE NO ! I had already been scammmed by the same people (i believe) just last week. For nearly $400! And i did not receive payment of a loan. So I gave him very obscene language, and when my actual REAL lawyer called, they hung up and kept sending us to voicemail. What iddiots ?!

I did my own checking an I don't have the debt they are saying. I don't have checking account. So yeah they are scammers. I reported them to local police an sheriff. They said there a law firm collecting money for cash america. Its a joke. Its really loud in background too.

Received a call from 315-636-0475 on 3/4/2014 @ 11:38 am, the caller who identified himself as Brad spoke with a middle eastern accent. He left a voice mail stating that he was calling about a law suit and that this was time sensituve and not to disregard the phone call and if I didn't respond all he could do was wish me luck. Knowing this was probably a scam I called the number, the person who answered sounded just like the voice mail, I asked to speak to Brad and was told he was unavailable, I then asked why they were calling he asked for my phone number. I asked him to tell me my name and he said he didn't have that information. I replied if they had a law suit against me they would certainly be able to tell me my name, to which he replied " this is bullshit" and hung up.

I sent back a text thanking them for the call because now they were being monitred by the fbi ftc and local law enforcement and wished them good luck. Its a cell phone they keep switching up the numbers thinking they are being sneaky

I was called at my work today 2/6/14 from a unassigned # 469-208-0077 stating I was being sued for a bill and that he was wishing me good luck at court. I told him I have contacted BBB and he said good luck at court again I hope I have a good attorney. I said I have filed a complained with BBB and he hung up on me. I believe it is a scam!

He admitted he was scamming and hated his job, but had to do it. I asked him to find Jesus and stop now, quit today and find another job. He said he wants to and wanted help. Probably still lying, but at least admitted they are frauds.

The person calling is East Indian and threatened me to call otherwise I would be arrested and the police would be coming to my place of employment. They said I did not pay a payday loan and I was committing fraud. They could not give me the name of the company or any information. They are continually harassing me.
