I had the same people call me just yesterday ! It was a guy named John Davis; saying that the police will come in 24 hours if i didnt pay something like $455 bucks. I told him HELL TO THE NO ! I had already been scammmed by the same people (i believe) just last week. For nearly $400! And i did not receive payment of a loan. So I gave him very obscene language, and when my actual REAL lawyer called, they hung up and kept sending us to voicemail. What iddiots ?!

He said oh you are single? I said what's this about and he hung up. Called back and got a voice mail for John Davis

Keeps calling me telling me my name is Sharon Winestock or Jenkins. Told him several times he had the wrong person and he called me a liar and said he was on his way. Will not leave me alone so I called the police dept and they said to block the number.

JEC Group is actually a part of a company called Northtown Capital. These guys are simply people who purchase debt and then try to scare you into paying.
It's almost funny reading their "About Us" section after experiencing on of their collector's calls.

This one clown actually tried to ask me if I was calling because charges were being pressed against me. I laughed and said that if he was really an "attorney" then he would know that threatening criminal prosecution in the process of collecting a debt is completely illegal..
DON'T FALL FOR IT. Treat them as you would any other collection agency..
