Caller told me there was something wrong with my computer and it was sending wrong information... If Ic could sit down behind my computer to let him in via computer to computer link... I advised Mr. "Smith" that we only had Mac computers and no PC's in this house. He hung up promptly.

Got a vmail msg from 202-506-9741. Middle Eastern accent man stating his name was Paul Smith. I returned the call today, an other Middle Eastern accent man stated I owe money to the IRS because I was audited. I unsuccessfully tried to contact the IRS to see if it was legit. While on hold, I searched the web and found this site. Thank goodness for the internet.

Call and said he was from a law firm. I would be arrested for fraud and theft if I didn't pay $700 today for a payday loan that was supposedly received in my name.

Have been recieving calls for months now from an 877 area code but as of last month it is 909-999-5254. I spoke with the person by the name of Paul Smith. We briefly spoke and then transferred me to his supervisor but it was the same person with the same foreign accent. He then went onto tell me that I owed money and if i didn't pay I would be taken to court, so I told him that I didn' owe money. I then told him not to be calling me employer anymore.
