SAYS THEY HAVE A FILED COMPLAINT AGAINST ME ON FILE AND THAT THEY WILL GO TO COURT. LAST I REMEMBER, ONE HAS TO BE SERVED WITH PAPERWORK. I HAVE NO ISSUES WITH ANYONE AND PAY ALL BILLS ON TIME. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR SEVEN YEARS AND THEY ARE ALWAYS DIFFERENT SCAMMERS. I KNOW IT IS A SCAM BUT WISH THEY WOULD STOP. I WILL NOT GIVE IN.

Did you ever actually get served papers? I am going through the same issue with this company, and refused to pay them anything and they said I would be served at my work, and said good luck in court and hung up. They contacted my mom and brother and I finally called them back and asked them to stop and also asked for an address to send a letter in writing to stop calling my relatives since they had gotten hold of me. They couldn't give me an address, and they transferred me to another dept for my request, and I had to leave a message and no one ever called me back. Did you end up getting served papers?

Got a call from my job stating there was a processor they're looking for me... when I contacted the number that was left it was a guy named Rick Draves phone number 866 7532 544 these people are assholes. really glad I called them to see what was going on and they are collecting for an old payday loan that was or is half way paid off they are leeches. they do use great scare tactics though and the company that they work for is called lakefront processing solutions.

Called at 7:30 in the morning to tell me I won 1.5 mil dollars from PCH! Said as soon as I paid the 160 bucks a crew would come to my door and deliver my check. When I told him I was recording this phone call and that not only was I not going to pay him a dime for money I won but I would turn him over to the authorities, he said have a good day and hung up.
Please people don't fall for the scam. If you truly won anything you would NOT I repeat NOT have to pay a dime up front for it. The IRS would get their pound of flesh later and a legitimate person would personally be standing there with your prize being sure you are filling out proper paperwork afterwards, not before.

YES they have called me 10 times a day for a few weeks, threating voice mails, with the phone number blocked. They called family members of mine in different states they must have found on the internet. I think they bought old cash call/Delbert services accounts that were deemed illegal and uncollectible.

WATCH OUT! - VERY SLICK
Said they were a "law firm!" representing Vandelier Group (payday loans) or the BMG Group, regarding a payday loan I never received. Was very nice on the phone, however did tell me that I would be served with papers at work if I didn't resolve my issues, that my debt would exponentially higher if they had to go through legal proceedings, would have to inform my place of employment about my situation, etc. ALL of which is illegal.
VERY slick - not at all like the usual scammers who lack the ability to speak English clearly or can't keep their Tempers in check. They also refused to give me an address OR a PO box.

He wanted to know why I said because I would like for you to do so. He told me he didn't have to remove me from their list and was no going to do so. Primary Solutions is a well known scam company. They use works like "Agent" and "Investigation" in their phone calls to try and scare people into paying for debts they do not owe. They are scammers.

It's not our job to make any kind of sale. All we need to do is find out if that specific business might be interested in what our client has to say.
All we do is set up the appointments.
We also do the community college surveys.
As usual he called threating me about serving papers on me...Last words,"you have been Notified" This guy is threating, I saved his voice mail.
I have consulted a financial org. that will help with my old pay day loans. He told me they cannot threaten you it is against FCC.
The financial org that I am with is checking into these scam artists...they need to outlaw on line pay day loans..they put you on a merry go round that never stops...
