This guy, named Mike, called our 24/7 boat emergency service last night at 9pm telling us his 40 ft. yacht was sinking. He spoke with our tech and begged him to come out. He said he had a newborn baby and needed to put his wife to bed buy his yacht was sinking. Our technician told him that he could be there in about 45 minutes, in which, he was. Our tech also called to let the guy know he would be there in 10-15 minutes once he got closer. This Mike guy never showed up. He used our service and did not show and did not pay. BEWARE of this SCAMMER! This guy and his wife are frauds! Do not help this guy out! He is the reason good, honest and hard working people are sick of helping jerks like this.

As I told him that we would not like to donate this year he started asking for the owner and saying that I wouldn't be the one to make that choice and he needed to speak to the real owner RIGHT NOW! I indeed am not the owner. BUT I am the one who makes the decision of how much and to whom we donate and also the one who will NEVER give that disrespectful man a penny ever again! Guess he thought he was going to intimidate me into donating money, well you are dead wrong!

You have to be aware of your states "tapping" laws. Some states, only 1 person must know your being recorded. That one person is you and you don't have to tell them shit! just keep them on the line get as much info as possible get them to repeat the name of the company multiple times, ask them to remove your number and name from the calling list. If they call back within 31 days I think, the same company offering the same thing, its $10,000 law suit and you will win. Texas is a good state, I only have to know your being recorded, and it totally usable in court. The only reason they have to say this conversation is being recorded is because they most likely have a subsidiary in a state that doesn't allow 3rd party recording without knowledge of it being done. The guy said his name was mike from cash for you or cash for loan couldn\'t understand him. He called my husband a bitch, told him he needed a shrink for just asking who is this. I also had the pleasure of speaking to this jerk. I was called a bitch cunt and was told to go fuck myself. Then when called back he answered with his name and company which again you can\'t understand. We asked who he was and with company and he said it again followed by don\'t fucking try to get smart over here you stupid ass laughed and hung up. We called the cops and was told ignore it.

Called, update google info etc etc. First off I am a Google Maps Editor, they called before and the guy (indian)this time said he had lost all my information and needed to do it again, he finally gets to the question "Can you use more customers?" I told him no, I have all I can handle right now, so he contradicts me and says, "well I think you can, and offers to get his supervisor, I hang up, he called back and left a message to the effect that I was making this hard for him and twice said that i was to expect lots more phone calls from "this number" and they would call every day, I am reporting the number, I have it noted as don't answer, I know some folks have blocked it, but this really upsets me, I really want them shut down.
