Keep calling my elderly mum, saying they want £49.50 a month to stop nuisance calls. Keep calling to discuss her "agreement" and scare her by saying they're taking the cash today. Then told her that to cancel this "agreement" she needs to pay a cancellation fee. No account details have been given and having checked her bank, no money has been taken.

I also received on all 3 of my cell phones through Verizon a text message from 3422@vtext.com to call (401) 622-1309 due to a frozen account with Wells Fargo on 12/17/2013. All three text messages were sent to the three phones that are on my Verizon account. I'm wondering if there is a data breach or hacking at Verizon. Yesterday, 12/20, I received a supposed voicemail from 1-800-225-2579 instructing me to log into my Verizon account for my $221.00???? I doubt Verizon is giving away money!

I keep getting calls from this number, the caller speaks with an Indian accent and asks me if I'm interested in one of their Insurance plans, I keep telling them that I'm not interested, but they insist on trying to get me interested, the last time they called I told them "Please, do not call me again, I'm not interested", unfortunately, whoever it is doesn't seem to get the hint.

They call about ever day sometimes twice a day. If I don't answer they leave no messages. Sometimes they hang up when you answer. When the man talks you can't understand half what he says.
But he will say you previously took birth control right? When I say no he says you had bladder surgery right? I say no the list goes on. I say no to them all truthfully. Then he acts mad hangs up. The first time I ever answered him. He said you got big settlement coming. Then ask me all them questions. When I said no to them he said ok angrily and hung up without anything further. But calls back about ever day again same stuff. I'm tired of it I'm on do not call list to. But what good is that.

I answered the phone today. I spoke to a man, who was very rude. I asked to be removed from the list, and again, he asked for personal info, and I know better than to give that out to anyone, especially over the cell phone.
He would NOT tell me what the company was, only that it is NATIONAL. LOL WTF does that mean. I said, 'I don't care, I don't want you calling this number anymore, you are running up my minutes and costing me valuable time and money. I mentioned that the reason he didn't hav my info before him was because it's a robo-call scheme!
I will be taking action and will post an update, if I can locate the address here in Indianapolis, I will go there in person with a bill for all charges incurred on my cell phone, as well as ask for compensation for the time and work lost from constant phone calls. Thank GOD I have pre-paid legal, it should come in handy as I sue the heck out of these screw heads!
BTW, I owe NOTHING to anyone, and DON'T receive collection calls, because of my debt free status! If these are some kind of bill collectors then they have the wrong freekin' number, they don't even know my name for GOD's sake!
