Robo call. I get this same recording several times a week, sometimes several times in one day. When I ask them to take me off of their call list they become rude and hang up. They are total douche bags and I would love for someone to find a way to put them out of business since I'm sure they are scammers.

Have received dozens of these calls over the last few weeks on my cell, each time from a different #, so it can't be blocked. This is an MCI/Tracphone #. The guy buys these in small blocks and uses them up, then moves on, so the numbers can't be blocked. I found a # the the Tracphone management office and called them (866-234-4357). I told the woman that I'm receiving the same robocall from "Rachel" several times a day, each time with a different Tracphone number, so its impossible to block it. She said there was nothing she could do about it. I asked her if they started getting dozens of calls a day about this guy if they might do something then. She wasn't sure. Lets find out. Said they're calling me back regarding my home loan, she's currenty working with my bank for the government's new program.
Something about home loans and new legislation
I dont own a house, I dont know this Rachel, and I currently do not have any loans
talked about "new legislation," but didn't reference any specifically

Message states "Hello, this is Rachel from Cardholder Services. We're calling to inform you about an issue with your credit card. There is no problems with your card, but we wanted to notify you that you now qualify for a lower interest rate. Please press 1 to speak with a live representative to lower your credit card interest rate now!" or some such crap like that.
They've called our house before in the past with various numbers, but this time the call came in on my CELL PHONE.

A robotic voice identifying itself as "Rachel" said she was with "card services" and she was not calling concerning my credit cards, but to compare "great rates on credit cards" to hit #1 and I would be connected to a representative.
I am getting this call every week. When I hit #1 and get a representative on the line, I ask them to take me off their call list, as I am on the "do not call list". Usually when I ask for their telephone # they hang up, but one representative started explaining that because I had credit cards, that I signed an agreement to allow myself to be contacted.

I listened to the entire message so I could give someone a tongue-lashing and inform them I was on the Do Not Call List. I doubt it will help . . . BUT, I will report them via the Do Not Call Registry anyway.

They called once and I answered but hung up after I listened. Then they called the very next day, this time I clicked one to speak to a live rep, she was extremely rude to me so when I asked to speak to a manager she hung up. It seems like this happens to everyone though, hopefully no one will believe them! Oh I have verizon, and no credit card! Plus I'm 20 so I really don't have my number on any sites where they would get it from!

Scam in guise of a 'Survey'. I hit 0 a couple of times and got ahold of 'Rachel' who told me the company at the other end of the phone was 'Answer Solutions'. She didn't feel that my request for their customer service # was appropriate and hung up on me.

This call was from Rachel at Card Holder Services. Card Holder Services calls everyone, cellphone, business phones, everyone!!! I have tried numerous times to get them to stop calling our business lines at work, they say that they will remove the number, but they keep calling. I don't think how they obtain the phone numbers has anything to do with credit cards due to the fact that they call my pre-pay cellphone all the time & I have never had any credit cards in my name!

I found it a little strange when she told me to call the 888 number that I looked up here versus the number she was actually calling from: (559) 751-0121. I haven't applied for any health insurance
