Reps left a phone number 1-866-324-0388...and a claim # 425 2877 for me..i called..they said I owe a $450 payday loan ON-LINE from Manhattan Processing co...from March 2013...I never did this..its a lie..its fraud. stark recovery will feel my pain..my hurt..my frustration..I will sue them and Manhattan processing.

I have received numerous calls from this number stating they have a claim against me for a $450 loan from back in 2012. I have never heard of the company they said the payday loan was with and I have never had a payday loan. The call ended with the lady getting very upset and she said she would see me in court and good luck to me. This is definitely a scam!!! She had my SSN, address and bank name too. How can people get away with this junk??

They claimed I defaulted on a loan in 2012, but couldn't give me the name of the loan. When I told them not to call again, and I wanted all of this in written form, she couldn't wait to get off the phone. As I was hanging up she finished with the threat of "see you in court."

I received a call from these persons they said there was a clam of some sort they called my sister in law and how they recievd her number was illegal so if the proper athorities could check this callers legality it would stop scams like this. thnkyou.

Received a call yesterday. Said i took out a payday loan for $500 in 2013. Had my ss#, and Bank name. They also called my parents house looking for me AFTER I spoke with someone there. I never took out a payday loan. I will be calling them back today, and also calling the attorney generals office in PA to report this. I suggest everyone do the same.

I received a call from Kourtney Roman who gave me the same address, same story. When i called back it said the Verizon customer I dialed was not available. When I looked up the address there are two attorney's offices and a behavioral health office. However they all have Suite numbers. They are also on an alert status with the BBB (it's on the website).

Called me on my cell and work phone stating I owed some company called Tior Capital $450 for an online loan in 2013. Never have heard or dealt with any company and I alerted them they were a scam after I researched them and she hung up. However, got another call about an hour later.

A rude ill spoken female just called me. She told me I had made a $300.00 loan on line in June 2013. NO, wrong.
She demanded I approve $510.00 now on my debit card or check over telephone to pay the loan!!!!!
She had my SS #, my checking account number along with the name of my bank.
I called the bank and reported this. They are on the watch for more fraud now.

I learned how to deal with these scammers. When they call I ask them to call me back on my other phone line. I act really nice. I tell them I have a bad reception. Then I give them the FBI phone number. I love knowing that they think they are calling back a sucker...to only have FBI be on the other end.

The caller didn't say her name. She stated I took out a loan over 2 years ago for 400. She is very rude and I had to get rude back. She did provide the social security # but wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. She then tells me to look the company up which is what I did and I told her on the BBB it says fraud. she said well believe what you want we will be filing legal proceedings and goes on to say well I have more calls to take and you can research it on your own time but you need to call us back by 5pm cst

If these people are collecting personal information I would believe there has to a connection to where they are obtaining it. Just want as much information as possible before contacting authorities.
