I received the threat they had my information as well. WHERE DO i report this?? I did place a fraud alert on my credit reporting agencies so If they tried to use my ss it would send up a red flag.

unwilling to cooperate and give information. Fast talker. Gave her my lawyers name and number. Savana called her and would not give lawyer much info. Before I called my lawyer. Savana Brown left a personal message to call her immediately at 866-505-7332. Called back...recording that she was unavailable...left message for her to call back to give me more info. She did not make a personal call back to me. The automated calls are coming to my cellphone over and over. And to my moms landline...i am reporting this

I have been receiving the same call. They had my address s.s # and the last four digits of an old bank account. When asked where was this money send they couldn't answer me just wanted money or they will sue me. Called my bank n no money was ever send to any of my accounts back in 2013. The lady was really nasty I told her she shouldn't be threating me for $2500 n said she wasn't I told her well I will see u in court n she goes n says well just provide the judge with ur prove I go I will n u should have ur prove that I got this money cause u don't

This just happened to me. Call came from (866)209-8167 and I spoke with Taylor Scott. He did have my social security number and said I owed a debt from May of 2013 for $500 and that they were going to take me to court if I did not pay. I asked for proof and he hung up on me.

Family member received a call asking about a loan that they said I took out in June 2012. I never took out a loan in June 2012. Called them back and threatened them with an attorney.

I received a call saying I owed $560 from a loan I took out in 2013 and if I didn't pay then I would be sued for $2500. I got smart with them because they couldn't tell me who I took the loan from and an exact date so I told them to F*** off and I haven't heard back since then.

Mr. Perez contacted me today stating that I was going to be sued for breach of contract and would be sued for $2440 if I didn't pay $440 by close of business. He stated I had taken out a payday loan in 2012 and had defaulted on the loan. Advised to hire an attorney and close the bank account.

I just received a call as well... said I took aout a loan for $200 wanted a $500 payment... They had my SS# and email and said I had till 5 pm to pay or I would owe $2500.00 I just called them back and she insists they are legal & have no clue as to what I told her I found on the internet.. They are now calling my relatives telling them they are liable for this payment...

This happened to me as well. I received a call from Stark Recovery stating I took out a loan for $400 in 2013. I denied this, threatened with court action with a fine of $2500.00 They had my SS# and email address. I asked them to send me the signed agreement with no response. When I stated that this was a scam, call was disconnected.

This has just happened to me today. They have called myself and family members.They said I would be charged for 2700 on a 400 dollar loan I never took out. They had all of my information and when I asked them about all the comments being made about their company online they hung up on me. I guess I will wait for the cops to come and arrest me. Don't trust anyone that calls from this company.

I got about three calls from these people first one was where she told me that I took a loan out in 2011 and was going to be sued for $2000.00 if I didn't pay it back, when asked how much the loan was and where is was taken out she wouldn't provide me with the information and she told me that they had my checking account and ATM information and my that would start taking money out of my account as of the 9th of October and now it is under investigation through my back.

These people called me at 3pm saying they had a claim against me. They knew my SS#, Bank account information and address. They said it was for a pay day loan for $300 that someone took out and said that I would repay. When I asked who took out the loan, from what company, etc, they said they did not know that information. However, if I did not pay them $700 by 5pm they would begin litigation against me and that would end up costing me $2700. Unbelievable. Called Detective Bureau and informed them. Closed bank account.
