Very hard to understand. Says they were the legal dept of the IRS. US Treasury. They were sending someone to my door with an arrest warrant. 3-4 calls from this same guy. I called back and he again said he was sending someone to my home. Filed a complaint with the http://www.treasury.gov/tigta/. and the FTC

I called this joker back and he hung up after I asked why he called. He said I was famous for not paying taxes one call. I called and asked how to pay and he said "just mail it okay?". I asked that he stop calling.
I called again saying you called for me to pay taxes and he asked who called. I told him Steve Martin and he said one second, and you could hear him calling out to someone else in the room. Scam! I advise everyone who gets this type of call to call them back and let them know what you think about them :-) I think it worked for me: they have been calling with intervals for a couple of weeks now, at first I was ignoring them, then I called back, like 5 times in the row and I was very rude! calls have stopped!

There was a person with a thick Indian accent telling me that I had some issues with the treasury department and that I needed to call 11-323-786-9814 and contact Keith Smith. I tried to get the caller to tell me what issues I had with the treasury department and he would not tell me and kept referring me to Keith Smith. I tried to get the caller to have this Keith Smith call me in person, but there was no success. I finally had to just hang up on this caller and go no further.

It sounds like Obama has outsourced to India or Mexico (to me it sounds like broken Hispanic English on the message), and they are coming for you!

The part that says "I’m calling regarding AN enforcement ACTION executed by U.S. Treasury ATTENDING your serious attention" pretty much gives it away. It's like Chinese item assembly instructions, poorly translated.
But after hearing that threat, you might want ease up on your constant complaining about Obama. He's got your number now!

I got the same call yesterday on my cell phone while at work for the SAME amount of money; scared the life out of me! He was saying "I have an officer on the line, witness to this call... officers are en route to my address (he read me my address)... the only way to stop this is to..." Then I hung up and received a call back number from "911". "911" doesn't call YOU, you call them lol. We caught them in several lies and then they just hung up. I tried calling them back numerous amounts of times and they'd just pick up and hang up. So strange...

I received a voicemail message indicating that I was going to be arrested for fraud if I didn't call back. So I called back and got a live person who barely spoke English and identified himself as an employee of the US treasury department and indicated that the IRS had filed a criminal complaint against me for tax fraud. He confirmed my address and asked me if I had a criminal lawyer. I indicated that I did not and I also indicated that I had not received any notices in the mail that I owed a tax lien. He said that I was going to be arrested in the next 30 minutes somebody would be at my door. And then he hung up on me. I am very upset to say the least. I told him I did not owe any federal tax and he said how do you know you don't? He sent that I did not respond to the notices they sent and I said I never received any notices after reading all the post here I am happy to see that this is a scam. By the way when he read my address and asked me to confirm it it was the incorrect address but I said it was the correct address. So it will be interesting to see if someone does show up at my old address. How can we report this so this person can be arrested?
