Three hang up calls after I answered. Three in 15 minutes. Internet says the phone number (605) 569-8888 is Belle Fourche, SD, Verizon cell phone telemarketers. They called twice Islam day prior to that. So, they called my land line 5 times, I answered to nobody there, then the phone hung up,on their end. Ticks me off.

Verizon's cold calling machines leave messages. This number doesn't. Plus my bill is paid, so why would they be calling me? Doesn't make sense that they would keep calling me to get in touch with my husband to pay a bill he's already paid.

Just filled for unemployment and had to submit a resume through the government site for job placement. Received a text from this number and name saying they were from Verizon offering me a work at home job. Honestly thought it was legit because I asked where theyou recieved my resume from and they stated that site...all in all, went through the conversation and it came done to where they were going to send me a check to get supplies ONLY from their trusted vendor....decided to look it up and saw all these reports about that same name and number....now I'm scared because they have my address, what should I do?

This company will not stop calling my cell phone. Thier voice sounds to be Middle Eastern. They have been for months multiple times per day and will not stop. I have told them multiple times that I do not purchase perscriptions, i have asked them to stop calling me on multiple occasions. I have tried being nice but they will NOT STOP CALLING ME!!!! They have also plagerized Verizon Wireless's logo on thier site WHICH IS ILLEGAL, and they say they give you discount perscriptions- based on thier harrassing calls and website, they are nothing but a SCAM- Stay away!

Received a text message to my cell phone. Says it was a Verizon Suspension Notice from phone 432-813-5626. Message was: Update account registration details to avoid service cancellation. Along with a bogus URL (Googled it..) http:..2ll.me/Verizon404551. Was signed Verizon Customer Support. Some online research indicates it came from a Texas airport terminal. Go figure. Will be contacting Verizon today. Haven't seen anything like this on the Internet so this may be a new wrinkle. Interesting since Verizon is in CT.

They called me tonight claiming that if I login to verizon14.com and use my ID that I will win $14.00 off my bill. Automated svc and call was breaking up. I called back and it was a recording for an insurance company. This is a scam I wouldn't do this for fear of somebody stealing my acct info.
