I've been battling this outfit for 2 weeks now. They say took out a cash advance loan, which I did not and they are calling to collect payment. They call me numerous times everyday on my cell and at work. I even went so far as to contact my local police sergeant who called them and basically told them to knock it off. Nothing works. After the sergeants call he immediately called my cell and demanded payment again. I don't know what else to do but I'm still investigating.

yes, I did not undersand what he was saying, Believe to be Asian person, they kept on asking me if that was my social security # and my bank account number and he told me the name of my banking institution. I did not confirm anything. he said he was a lawyer. I told him I was at work and please stop calling me harrassing me. without my permission $50.00 from my account was withdrawn today. What can I do? Thank you,
