Called several times claiming to be from the IRS, asked me to press 1...Called ID says Colfax, WA, 509-288-4650. They want me, they're gonna have to work harder than that...of note, these started after the OPM breach, where my Clearance info/PII was stolen by the Russians.

I think she was upset because I was calling every couple minutes all day long and making noises or hanging up on her. Probably affected her taking calls..

I called the #, a female answered, I said hello three times, she muttered something unintelligible (that didn't sound like English) over loud background noise, possibly TV or radio, (also indiscernible). Then she hung up the phone, apparently incapable of taking the scam to the next level.

No, I was outside and heard the phone rign I ran into the house in time to catch that the call was allegedly from "the IRS" and that they were filing a lawsuit against me.
I was told to press 1 or else to call back to speak with an agent.
I knew it was rubbish and ignored it.
Recently, I've been getting calls with heavy breathing and a hangup but have not been able to get the number. (it was protected).
