Scam call saying their the IRS. They said they were taking me to court for back taxes. I don't owe any back taxes. The IRS will never call you. They will send a notice in the mail any time there's a problem. NEVER GIVE YOUR BANKING ACCOUNT INFO TO ANYONE OVER THE PHONE NO MATTER WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE.

He told me I owed $3000 to the IRS and would need a criminal attorney. That Monday morning they would freeze my bank accounts and take all my cars and house away from me and I would be spending 1 year in jail. He spoke a foreign language so it was very hard to understand some of it.

The individual who called was maillef foreign accent stated that persons in the household would be arrested if they didn't call the number back and pay the fine said we were guilty of tax fraud left no name and hung up this is obviously an intimidation tactic doesn't work...especially so because I am versed in tax law.

HELLO.. the IRS sends letters... they do not call you, unless you called them first and left a message to call. BIG TIME SCAM...
