I had the same thing happen to me. I asked for their address to send them a letter that I was not the person they were looking for and they told me the same thing! They called my wife also.

They left a message for me which I was just going to ignore but apparently they called my brother too so I called them back. They said I owed money to OPD Solutions LLC, which is a parent company of several payday loan companies. He proceeded to tell me a settlement amount ($700) and said if I did not pay it is fraud and theft and I could be prosecuted. I asked for their address so I could request written validation and verification of the debt. He said they no longer take written correspondence, which is when I started laughing. He said this is a very serious manner and I shouldn't be laughing, threatened me AGAIN. I said it's illegal for me to not be able to respond in writing, that I have a right to receive validation of the debt. He kept going on and on and continued to threaten me so I told him, "I am telling you right now I DO NOT give you authorization to call me. You do not have permission and if I tell you that you CANNOT by law call me again." He threatened YET AGAIN and I just repeated myself, "I do not give you permission to call me, if you feel you need to contact me it must be in writing. Any further contact by phone is now illegal." then I hung up.

This number called/harassed my wife, looking for whereabouts of my ex-wife, whom I divorced 23 years ago. Yes..bothering my 2nd wonderful wife about my ex.

I been recieving calls all week from someone at NRA. Having been picking up. Now they have start calling my job. This must stop could be termation from my employment. HELP HELP and HELP. What can I do.

Called said I had a past due online loan. Wanted me to take care of it today, Told them I knew I didn't have such a loan. Then threatened me by court action and garnishment.
I had two of these calls today. Would give no information as to who they were except JD Martin Co. Would not send documentation. Hung up on me.

Parents, son and daughter are getting harassing calls regarding daughter/sister's past due loans of which there are none. We are wondering if NRA could be getting contact info from Linked-In and/or Facebook because we have recently moved to different state. Will be contacting our state attorney general's office with this info.

I have been contacted by a company calling themselves NRA National Recovery Agency from 844-210-5847. They have been threatening to take me to court, have me arrested, etc for a long list of things I did not do. They have refused to send me verification of my debt nor provide a legitimate address of their company. I realize this is how they stay under the radar and due to that, I have very little information. I'm hoping with their number, others may have provided more information and this can be addressed. Just today I spoke to them, stated I am not paying a debt that they cannot provide information about, they then proceeded to contact my elderly parents, AFTER they have spoke to me at a verified contact number.
I read them passages from the FDCPA which they violated, each agent proceeded to again threaten me and hang up.
I'm hoping someone can get an address from this place

They repeatedly are calling me in regards to my sister owing them money. I have asked them to take me off their list but yet they have still called me everyday this week. They are trying to get me to give them my sister's number which I think they would have that info since she has never changed her phone number if she owed them money.

Left message on my answering machine giving a confirmation # so I called back.They had an automated system that sounds like one for an actual company. I pressed for customer service and a lady came on to ask for my confirmation #. She then asked me my name. When I refused and told her she should have it she told me my name and asked for my 4 last digits of my SSN. When I refused again, she gave me some numbers and asked for confirmation. I refused to confirm and asked what it the call was about. She told me she couldn't say unless I confirmed. I told her to send literature to whatever address they had on file. She hung up.

I have been getting this call every day this week but as not picked up as I am guessing it is a robo call as it doesn't even ring, no message! So bothered by this crap!

Calling me, my husband, my sister 2 times or more a day. Will not tell me what it actually pertains to and says she cannot send me documentation in the mail. She just needs my bank account information so we can take care of it right away. My husband confronted her and said he already contacted the authorities about the calls and she hung up. But still are getting calls from this number.

They have called daily for 2 weeks and every time I hit the 0 to be connected, it never worked. Today it did connect me to someone. The guy had a middle eastern accent and was trying to verify a very old address of mine but I demanded to know why he was calling before I gave any info. After four or five times of me asking him what this was about, he got angry and said that he was going to sue me and would see me in court. I don't owe anybody anything BTW....
