Comcast totally blew an install appointment I had yesterday and I am furious at them. If the call I just got was their attempt to follow up, then their caller ID should read Comcast and not the generic 800 Service and I would have answered it. Cowards.

Phone rings, but when answered no one responds on the other end. Eventually the call is disconnected.
