no because they don't want to lose all that inertest you would be paying them. I had a mortgage years ago and I can't even remember what the name was but I transferred the balance to a Chase credit card with a low APR. I think any credit card will be willing to loan you the money. If you have one of those pamphlets from a credit card company, try calling and asking them. Keep calling different companies until you find one that suits your needs. I would also look into your bank as well for penalties for early payoffs. Some banks do, do that. Good luck!

There are a lot of absolute idoits about firstly above all other things why would somebody want a Microsoft technician charge them 185 pounds to check their computer over the phone when it could probably be done at half the price by somebody locally! What is the point of having remote access software enabled when you go to all the trouble of putting hardware and software fire walls in place a bit like giving them your safe keys. one of the first things I do when setting up a computer that I use, is to disable & stop all services relating to remote access.support your local computer engineer you will miss him (her) when they go out of business

A man with a heavy accent named "James Brown" called me to notifiy me that his "client" is pressing charges against me for check fraud and non-payment of a payday loan. I do not have any outstanding payday loans with any company. When I told this guy that I don't owe anyone money and I don't have any oustanding payday loans he started to yell and curse me out. He said that he was going to call my work all day and make "my life a living hell." This is a scam. They try to scare people into paying money they don't really owe.

Of course they canThey exenedtd you credit and you didn't repay them according to the contract (it's like 5 or 6 pages that you have to sign to take out these loans, lots of small print that informs you they can report you if you do not pay) Depends on what the class action suit is about. The thing is, by the time the class action suit is ironed out, it would either be off your report (aged off) or you will be sued by them or the collection agency they sell your debt to, so it won't matter.

I keep receiving harrassing phone calls from 619-399-1126 on my cell phone and home phone. It is from someone with a strong accent telling me to get an attorney and call them. They say it is a very serious nature and then tell me if I choose not to call back then Good luck as the situation unfolds on me.
They call constantly. Tried to block the number but then it shows up as 000-000-0000 or unknown.

They called and said that they were going to file a lawsuit in federal court for a loan I had with a payday lender. When I asked what company, at first he wouldn't tell me and then he told me Advance America Cash Advance. He asked me to verify information and I told him I was not verifying anything until I receive the documents regarding the lawsuit. He said that he could not provide them to me and I would see them once I was arrested. I told him that that was not legal. I told him that I would have to call the lender to talk to them about it and he told me I had to call back in 30 minutes or he would tell his attorneys to proceed with the lawsuit. I called Advance America and they said that it was a scam and to call the Federal Trade Commission. I called them and reported it. James Brown called me back and I told him that I reported him to the FTC and he wasn't quite sure what to say. He stumbled around and then said "okay then see you in court" and then hung up. If anyone receives a phone call like this, make sure you tell them you are reporting them to the FTC.

I called the number and went thru quite a lot of people to get to James Brown which told me I took a loan out with this USCASH ADVANCE which I did not take a loan out and looked over bank statements which tells me I never recieved 250.00 thru this payday company. phone number which was calling 4017573058 Dont know what to do now my credit is my biggest concern. Identiy theif also.
