He said there was a serious matter regarding my bank account and that they would like to resolve this because i am not a habitual offender. I need to call them right a way.

If you are looking for houses for rent in Austin and ran across a listing for 1609 Eva St, 78704, it's a total scam. Dude could barely speak English and gave me a zillion reasons why the house looked occupied and why I couldn't go see it. But he was real eager to talk money and how fast I could send it. The email came from williamsongreatunion2@outlook.com. Just toss it!

This person called saying he is calling about a "fraud charge" against me from an online payday loan company. Nothing I said to him made a difference. I finally hung up, but not before telling him what he could do with himself.

I received a message about the scrutiny. I called those people & guided me about the resolution.
I have already completed everything as said by the officer. Then they sent the Irs officers & thanks to god. I am out of this legal matter.

This is a very common scam, check the internet for many stories like this one. Someone (usually with a foreign accent) will call and threaten you with a "lawsuit" for failure to repay a loan. They offer to help - if you send money and personal information to avoid the suit. IT IS A SCAM. Many of these companies obtain personal data from either online loan applications or other sites. I have been called twice, two different numbers and fake companies (one a lawfirm, the other some justice office).. both times I acknowledged that I knew that it was a scam and that the US Attorney General's office has been notified and in both cases, the caller hung up. Under no circumtsances, would a person be served with a lawsuit from the phone. This is ridiculously bogus and a scare tactic.
