I get emails, texts, and phone calls every day for the past 2 years. These scammers use different names when they call me. They leave messages saying they have my name, address, SSN #. They leave messages saying that I was approved for a pay day loan which I never filled out an application. These scammers are the lowest of the low. They call from blocked numbers and out of service numbers 7 days a week. I tried blocking the emails and block there numbers but it doesn't always work. I can't believe that these people can call every day and harass innocent persons. These people steal your information off paid sights and allowed to harass you every day.

This person along with another woman called and threatened my husband that he was going to be arrested for a Pay Pay Loan, that we never got nor received. I have contacted my local police dept. and bank. They told me this is a scam, and if they take any monies. They will prosecute to the fullest extend of the law. However I know they are not in CA, this scam is in India, being these people all have indian accents

A Todd Smith has called my home several times claiming that he's calling on behald of a $1,300 pay day loan that I received. He threatened to have me arrested and come to my job if I didn't pay. The funny thing is that I've NEVER obtained a pay day loan. This man does have an accent.
Personally, I would not divulge any of my info to this man.
