I have received numerous calls from this phone number stating that they can lower my interest rate. I have tried to stop the calls by leaving messages, when I am able to. Mostly the calls end before I can leave a message.

This lady called me stating that she was with the Federal Claims Court. She gave a case number and ask if I was going to listen to her with the directions for what to do or if I didn't my case was going to be downloaded and the authorities would be getting incontact with me. She stated that i owed money to Fastcash 500 and this was not a settlement call the lawyer,court and the company will be getting paid big time. Who are these people.

Two calls in two days from this company. I have reported this company and "Rachael" to the National No Call folks, and have continued to receive calls from Card services for a couple of years now. It is an automated message from "Rachael." She says there's nothing wrong with our credit cards. She says this is our last notice to receive a lowered interest rate. I have punched "3" to have them take us off further notices, I have punched "1" to ask a representative to do the same thing.
I have talked with nice reps, who assure me I will be removed from their list, and to other reps who've hung up on me. What I've discovered is, pressing "3" only assures the "bot" making the call, that there's someone live on the other end. Speaking to a rep is useless.
So I report these folks to the No Call Registry, and then I punch "1" to speak to a rep, and I let them listen to whatever judge show is on television.

I received a call from "Rachael of Cardholder Services" on my corporate cell phone. "Rachael" said she could lower my interest rate to 6.5%. The only business that has that cell phone number is Citibank, which is the issuer of our corporate credit card. I mentioned this to my coworkers and found at least a five of my coworkers have also recieved this solicitation on their corporate cell phones. I also found out that all of us listed our corporate cell phone numbers on the Citibank corporate credit card application (our employees are personally responsible for charges on their corporate accounts). I'm conviced our numbers were sold by Citi or one of its data-entry contract employees.
