This person sounded like a male from India. He said his name was tony Maloney. I told him that his name was fake. He said he wasn't trying to sell me anything, but was calling from a solar company. I said nice try... And I hung up.

Claimed they were doing some solar work on my street this week and could come on by to do an assessment. I explained that they could come on by and so I could report them as in violation of the Do Not Call registry. That's when they hung up.
